UseCallGate provides AI-powered business services, including AI Marketing (content and ad creatives), AI Receptionist Agents (voice AI that answers calls and qualifies leads), and AI Websites (design, build, and deployment). The specific scope of each engagement is agreed upon before work begins.
The client agrees to these Terms and to the agreed project pricing before any work begins. Payment terms, including deposits and schedules, are confirmed at the start of each engagement. Work commences only after the client has accepted the agreed terms.
We target a 48-hour delivery window for many projects. However, delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Timelines may vary based on project complexity, scope, and the timeliness of information or assets provided by the client.
Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables produced specifically for them. UseCallGate retains ownership of its underlying tools, processes, templates, and methodologies used to create those deliverables.
UseCallGate provides its services "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, UseCallGate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Because work begins promptly and resources are committed immediately, no refunds are provided once work on a project has begun.
